Included With Your Rental
Every rental of The Greystone conveniently includes the use of our functional and aesthetic tables and chairs – enough to seat 125 guests.
A modern serving kitchen complete with a fridge and freezer, range and oven for warming dishes, and a pass-through window or cart for serving refreshments.
A 55-inch flat-screen TV is available in the enclosed patio area for displaying photos or videos for guests to enjoy.
Play background music inside the Greystone from your phone through our unique “modern gramophones,” or connect via Bluetooth to our small and portable wireless speaker system.
For outdoor events, musicians and DJs are welcome to use the stage located on the north end of the outdoor patio.
Ask about putting a small message on our Main Street marquee sign to announce your event (coming soon).

Reception Hall
Large windows and chandeliers under an arched ceiling create the perfect backdrop for an intimate wedding ceremony or reception. This is also where you’ll ring the bell! The reception hall is the largest indoor space at the venue, with space to seat over 100 guests without tables or 60 guests with tables. The natural acoustics also make this space an excellent choice for music and dancing.

Walk up the grand staircase and you’ll find a comfortable area for the bride to prepare to make her grand entrance – including small couches, a vanity and full length mirror, and a private bathroom and shower.

Kitchen and ADA Bathroom

Multiple glass French doors make the space bright, and when opened merge with the outdoor patio to create one large space. The beautiful exposed stonework and wood columns (as well as the 55-inch TV) make this a popular space for family lines at wedding receptions.

Large outdoor patio perfect for receptions and evening parties in warmer weather months. Private and secluded with greenery and mountain views to the east, and the high stone wall of The Greystone to the south. And just in case the weather surprises you, the close proximity of the enclosed patio works as a great alternative.

The little separate building on the backside of the outdoor patio functions as additional outdoor seating, or the perfect stage for musicians to perform. Power is available for amps and lighting.

Guests are welcome to park along Main Street or at the park across the street, and there is additional space in the public parking lot located just west on 100 North easily within walking distance of The Greystone.

o For family reunions and larger events, renting the city park across the street from The Greystone is a great option for outdoor activities. Call the Monroe City office (435-527-4621) and ask to reserve the Lions Park pavilion.
